Returned products must meet our requirements before we issue a refund /credit or ship a replacement.
For all returns should be shipped us or you may bring yourself to our office as following address, when we receive the return products, we will start the process to ship your goods to you.

SHIPPING DAMAGE RETURNS
If you receive a product that is damaged during the shipping, please submit a return authorization request within 5 business days after receiving the package. Do not throw away or alter either the product or the package. Both the cartridge(s) and the package must be in the same condition as they were shipped to you.
Claims for shipping damage will not be considered in the situation where the package or contents are discovered to have already been changed or discarded. If credible grounds for a shipping damage claim are discovered, depending on the original shipping source, we will process the damage claim in one of the two ways:
- For some claims, we will have to contact the shipping company and file a claim to have the shipping company schedule a pickup and inspection of the package from the customer location.
- For some claims, we will issue a return authorization number for you to return the package to our warehouse, following the normal return procedure.
Cancellation of shipments during shipping process
For any reasons if customers decided to cancel or refuse shipments that are in process of shipping; ALL return shipments re-direct to Q&H Happy Home Inc., customers will be charged TWO TIMES of shipping cost.
is an order that the tracking information indicates that only the billing information has been received by the carrier. When an order is lost by SHIPPING COMPANY, we will report this claim to SHIPPING COMPANY. We will follow up this claim until we get the feedback from the SHIPPING COMPANY. Please be patient. The process normally takes 5-10 business days for the required investigation. After this period has elapsed, if the packages are still not yet appear, a replacement order or a refund can be done and the claim number put in the replacement order.
- When an order is found to have been delivered to a wrong address a replacement will be process immediately. However, if a customer does not receive a package while the carrier's tracking information shows that it has been delivered and signed at the correct address the concerning customer will have no plausible grounds for a claim. In this case, there is nothing that we can do about it. The order will not be replaced.
- We are unable to ship your replaced item or process your refund/credits until our warehouse receives the returned products. If you need a product urgently we suggest you to ask for a refund and place a new order to save your time. Your new order will be processed immediately.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your refund from the date it reaches our Returns Department. All refund/credit requests will be completed within 7 business days. It may take longer than the average amount of time for your bank to complete the credit refunding process to which we have no control. What we can do is to submit the data to them as early as we can. However, we will certainly try our best to facilitate the process.
Q&H Happy Home Inc. will replace defective compatible products free of charge if the products are returned within ONE YEAR from the original shipping date.
Replacement options: Customers can take either options below for replacing their products:
- Get your Return Authorization number, return your product, and we will ship your replacement free of charge after receiving and inspecting your returned items.
- If you are urgently in need of your replacement, you can place a new order at a full charge while submitting a refund request.
If we identify that the product returned was damaged during the shipping, Q&H Happy Home Inc. will replace the cartridge(s) free of charge. If customer chooses to return the product which is not defective one we will charge restock fee 20% order valume (mini charge $5 )for each case based on our Non-Warranty Return policy.
